Protegrity Overview

Protegrity is seeking a passionate Principal Solutions Integration Architect to join our North America Field Delivery Team. Data privacy is important to all of us. Our products enable data protection in rest, in motion, and in view for some of the world’s largest companies. The platform provides centralized management and transparency, allowing teams to see where data resides and how it is used, with a single pane of glass view. We are a global leader in data security, focused on innovation and collaboration, and we aim to shape the future of data protection in a GenAI era where data is a critical asset. Responsibilities

Design and document integration patterns aligned to enterprise architectures and customer data protection objectives. Guide implementations through installation, configuration, validation, and multi‑phase rollouts. Lead technical working sessions and office hours; provide troubleshooting, performance tuning, and architecture‑level guidance. Ensure best practices and delivery milestones are met across ESA, DSG, and Protector deployments within packaged delivery frameworks. Partner with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and R&D to deliver scalable, reliable solutions. Create reusable templates, reference architectures, and delivery playbooks to drive consistency and efficiency. Translate business and technical requirements into actionable plans and diagrams (Visio, Draw.io, PowerPoint). Maintain knowledge of cloud‑native architectures, integration approaches, and DevOps practices to inform solution design. Hands‑on experience guiding customer teams through installation, configuration, and validation of Protegrity components or comparable enterprise solutions. Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% for client engagements and project delivery needs. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent hands‑on delivery experience. 8–12+ years in enterprise architecture, solution design, integration engineering, or technical implementation within complex environments. Ability to operate autonomously across multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization. Practical expertise with integration frameworks and tools, including RESTful/SOAP APIs and data movement/transformation platforms (ETL, RDBMS, data lakes, data warehouses). Strong proficiency in Linux (shell scripting, administration, production troubleshooting). Experience with one or more major cloud platforms and broad architectural awareness of API integration. Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and at least one NoSQL system (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB). Designing, optimizing, and managing data architectures across traditional and distributed environments. Proficiency with modern data platforms (data warehouses and scalable data lakes/lakehouses) for analytics, real‑time processing, and ML workflows. DevOps practices including CI/CD, containers (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) across cloud and hybrid infrastructures. Strong SQL and at least two programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#). Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for technical and non‑technical audiences. Hands‑on experience guiding customer teams through installation, configuration, and validation of Protegrity components or comparable enterprise solutions. Willingness to travel up to 10% for client engagements and project delivery needs. Preferred Qualifications

Successful delivery of integration‑intensive projects in complex enterprise environments. Familiarity with Protegrity’s packaged delivery framework and key milestones (ESA, DSG, Protector). Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, data protection regulations, and secure SDLC methodologies. Active CISSP or equivalent credentials (CISM, CCSP) strongly preferred. Why Choose Protegrity
