We are a fast-paced team of high performers that work hard and value culture. This role is for a Client Success Consultant – Accounting Services (Bookkeeping/Accounting) – full-time. Job purpose: This role serves as the vanguard of account management excellence, creating a seamless and transformative journey for BELAY clients and contractors. The CSC identifies opportunities within engagements, leveraging financial acumen to drive growth and elevate client satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines relational skills, humility, and intuition with solid financial knowledge, account management experience, and business acumen. Duties and responsibilities

Represent BELAY in a positive and professional manner Exemplify our Core Values and Mission Statement to live out BELAY’s culture Be a good steward of our Vision: “Our vision is to help you achieve your vision” Collaborate with teammates while maintaining a positive attitude; foster teamwork Client and Contractor Experience Cast vision for the Client/Contractor relationship long-term; identify opportunities within engagements and use financial acumen to foster relationships and duration Manage the onboarding process for new clients Intentionally and thoughtfully match contractors with clients for long-term success Serve as a coach/consultant to clients and contractors to ensure productive and satisfying experiences Manage a client roster with focus on retention, growth, and ongoing engagement; maintain open communication Upsell additional BELAY solutions with a growth mindset Provide insight into accounting and bookkeeping nuances, helping clients navigate financial complexities Oversee client or contractor crises and escalate when necessary Coordinate contract changes and terminations with required stakeholders Manage calendars to support onboarding and ongoing client relationships Provide honest feedback on contractor performance to improve services Communicate in a timely and professional manner Operational Responsibilities Be tech-savvy and leverage tools to streamline operations and collaboration Foster self-managing engagements through resources and coaching Maintain current documentation and communication channels using GSuite, CRM, and other essential tools Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, drive improvement, and enhance the client experience Qualifications

We seek a motivated and trustworthy self-starter with strong communication and tech skills who thrives independently and on a team. The ideal candidate is flexible, creative, well-organized, and hands-on. BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience 1-2 years of relationship management experience Understanding of general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting Ability to connect quickly and build client relationships Driven self-starter, positive thinker, loyal and trustworthy Flexible, creative, self-disciplined with strong organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Team player willing to contribute to projects as needed Autonomy to work remotely Comfortable with video and phone as primary communication methods Working conditions

Full-time remote work with a dedicated home office for standard Monday–Friday hours; occasional travel may be required. This is a W-2 role with a vibrant, award-winning company culture where you are a valued team member. Salary
