What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and manage multiple IT Security projects and programs, from initiation through delivery
Partner with security architects, engineering teams, operations, and business stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and timelines
Provide executive-level status updates, including project progress, risk/issue management, and financial tracking
Ensure projects meet business outcomes, compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST), and internal security standards
Drive operational readiness by coordinating hand-offs between project and operations teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in IT Program/Project Management
Proven track record managing large, complex IT Security programs in regulated environments
Strong executive presence with the ability to deliver concise, actionable updates to C-level stakeholders
Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
Exceptional skills in portfolio management, resource planning, and vendor coordination
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
