Overview
EY-Parthenon – Strategy and Execution - Deal Management – Director. Within EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution sub service line, Deal Management works on complex, high-profile global transactions across a broad portfolio of clients and sectors. We prepare and execute separation and integration plans, identify value enhancement opportunities, and advise on risk mitigation and operational changes related to people, functions, and processes. Responsibilities
As a Director, you will be a vital member of the team managing and executing operational focused projects across all sectors. You will: Lead and manage projects supporting client service teams in developing and executing strategies for transactions. Gain experience across a range of engagements, including pre-deal (operational and carve-out planning) and post-deal (integration planning, tracking). Apply a commercial mindset to drive value for clients and contribute to practice development initiatives. Qualifications
To qualify for the role, you must have: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with approximately 3 years of related work experience. MBA is preferred. Significant management consulting experience. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights. Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis. Experience leading and managing in complex environments; ability to assess technology, operations, or manufacturing infrastructure; ability to synthesize approaches to complex integration/divestiture conflicts. Strong prioritization, negotiation, and influencing skills; ability to develop lasting internal and external relationships. Willingness to travel and work extended hours when necessary. Ideal
Ideally, you will also have a proven track record in mergers or acquisitions roles, experience within a large professional services organization, and established networking skills in a relevant industry. What We Look For
