Software Engineer Manager - Fraud Systems role at Regions Bank. The Software Engineer Manager oversees application development for a department or group within the company. Primary Responsibilities
Manages all aspects of system design, development, deployment, acquisition, and ongoing maintenance for all application systems within areas of responsibility Develops technology solutions that increase the efficiency of internal business functions, resolves business problems, and supports the pursuit of business opportunities for areas of responsibility Creates and refines operational processes and systems to ensure effective regulatory and audit compliance Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify basic lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions Evaluates customer and operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrates technical parameters, and assures compatibility of all interfaces Supports the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements through management processes Additional Responsibilities
Lead and manage at least 2 Fraud AD Agile teams and provide technical guidance regarding design, technology standards and guidelines Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Scrum Master, Product Owners, and Architects to translate business requirements into technical requirements for delivery Operate in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and communication skills Preferred knowledge of Financial Crime Unit (FCU) processes such as fraud detection, AML, KYC, and transaction monitoring Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field Six (6) years of relevant experience Experience as a team leader Preferences
Experience in a Technology role in banking or a financial services industry Skills And Competencies
Ability to manage multiple projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills Strong organizational skills Additional Job Details For This Specific Opportunity
