Overview

The Citibank North America Chief Finance Office team provides primary support to the CBNA CFO and the CBNA legal entity. CBNA is Citi’s largest legal entity based in North America with branches across multiple locations and covers a broad range of financial services across USPB, Corporate Banking, Services, Markets and Wealth. The legal entity is overseen by the OCC. The CBNA CFO Support SVP will partner with the CBNA CFO Support Lead to support the CBNA CFO, advise the CBNA board and ensure all regulatory requirements from a financial perspective are met. The team is also responsible for ensuring all transformation and finance consent order initiatives are delivered for the legal entity. This role will partner with and act as a trusted advisor to the CBNA legal entity and lead through execution of key priorities, providing thoughtful challenge and insightful analysis and strategic leadership. This CFO Support SVP will play a key role in the day-to-day financial management of the legal entity, with ownership of the overall budget and plan, deepening of client analytics, and is accountable for business review insights, and will partner across the firm to ensure a deep understanding of financial investments, resource management, and strategic activities driving growth while balancing efficiency and the execution of the business strategy and achievement. Responsibilities

Support CBNA CFO interactions with the CBNA Board across quarterly financial updates and forecasts, dividend recommendations, capital and strategic plans, and stress tests Prepare CBNA CFO to represent CBNA with key external stakeholders such as regulators (OCC, FDIC, Federal Reserve) and auditors Support completion of key regulatory filings for CBNA such as call report covering production, process, data and controls. Engage and drive the relationship with business partners through strategic leadership, execution of key priorities, thoughtful challenge, and insightful analysis Lead the strategy, execution and implementation of finance specific programs, projects and / or exercises Collaborates across the Finance function, the other Global functions and the businesses Drive risk & control agenda including data accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and metrics; identify, assess, and escalate risks Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance or related fields Possess a “connect-the-dots” mentality Reads all upcoming regulatory and accounting rules impacting CBNA and simplifies content Provides deep investigation into all emerging issues, uncovering the origins and consequences of problems that may arise Experience providing financial analysis for monthly forecasts, strategic multi-year forecasts, and annual budgets Exceptional analytical skills, combined with an ability to deliver analysis in a concise manner Excellent communication skills (written / verbal) Results / task orientated with excellent attention to detail CPA or CFA preferred Job Family Group:
