A growing logistics company is seeking a
Corporate Counsel
to join the legal team. This role will provide broad-based legal support across the organization, including commercial contracts, transactions, regulatory compliance, employment law, corporate governance, and risk management. Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, logistics service agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements. Support employment law matters, including policy development, dispute resolution, and compliance with labor regulations. Assist with corporate governance, including board resolutions, entity management, and corporate filings. Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, including due diligence, transaction structuring, contract negotiation, and post-deal integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, HR, and procurement to identify and mitigate legal risks. Liaise with external counsel on specialized legal matters and litigation. Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise the business accordingly. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree; licensed to practice law in the U.S. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required. Strong understanding of commercial law, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Employment details
