Travel to assigned retail stores within your territory to conduct visits. Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products (TVs, tablets, headphones, speakers, printers, phones). Occasionally partner with team members on 2–3 person projects such as appliance or TV installs. Build and maintain positive in-store relationships. Complete assignments as directed by your BDS Manager and ensure timely reporting from your mobile device. Schedule and complete work per BDS Standards and Expectations (onboarding provided). Receive materials at home or pick up at FedEx and bring to retail locations as requested. Perform other tasks as requested by management. What You'll Bring
Experience and education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Previous merchandising, customer service, and/or retail experience preferred. Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with BDS and in-store personnel. Technology: Proficient with a personal Android or Apple device (smartphone/tablet) with GPS to upload photos, report data, and reference documents. Toolkit: Must own a basic toolkit (BDS provides toolkit cost reimbursement after probation). Typical tools listed in the original description. Training: Able to complete paid BDS online training courses within the required timeline before in-store work. Eligibility: Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Availability & Logistics: Flexible Monday–Friday availability (early morning to midday) with occasional weekend hours; minimum 20 hours per week; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to travel within a designated market up to about 60 miles; drive time and mileage reimbursed between stores. Physical Requirements
Regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, crouch, kneel, balance, grasp, push/pull, talk or hear, and drive; regularly lift and carry 40+ pounds; climb ladders over 10 feet; may require certification to use moving equipment (e.g., Big Joe/Little Joey, forklifts) based on business needs; occasional travel by flight or other means.
