What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the technical delivery of Intapp solutions and act as the technical design authority during implementation
Gather technical requirements and conduct data management workshops related to proposed solutions
Manage design issues using JIRA and provide guidance on technical integrations
Create and maintain centralized implementation and training support collateral
Collaborate closely with project team members and support other operational teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
10-12 years of experience in a technical implementation leadership role within the Professional Services in a SaaS organization
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or strong related equivalent experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a strong desire to learn
Excellent hands-on skills with office productivity tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Intapp products and familiarity with the Legal, Financial, or Professional services sector
Knowledge of systems integrations, business process integrations, and automation
Experience writing and maintaining Boomi integrations and integration design
Understanding of ethical wall and information barrier solutions
Familiarity with cloud and SaaS environments
