What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead and manage integration workstreams to ensure timely delivery and project success Become an expert in Workday functionality, configuration, and technology Conduct discovery sessions to gather and document customer integration requirements Design and implement integration solutions tailored to complex customer needs Assist customers with testing integrations and provide knowledge transfer for post-production success

What is Required (Qualifications):

6+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Financials, Integrations, or Reporting domains 5 years of consulting experience, either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Company Implementation experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar applications Proven ability to support a diverse and fun workplace culture Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in a leadership role during software, system, or application implementations Advanced skills in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions Active Workday Implementer Certification or Workday PRO Certification Demonstrated learning agility and capacity for quick adaptation to new situations Comprehensive product knowledge, including an in-depth understanding of product features and market positioning
