What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with engagement teams to develop and refine strategic recommendations for healthcare clients
Lead and manage workstreams, structuring problems, planning analyses, and delivering impactful results
Break down complex problems and manage timelines to drive project success
Prepare high-quality deliverables, including presentations and reports, to effectively communicate findings and recommendations
Conduct primary and secondary research to gather and analyze data, identifying key implications for clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in management consulting with a client-facing firm, preferably in strategy-related areas
Strong interest in the healthcare industry with a willingness to engage in healthcare-focused strategy work
Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required
Exceptional ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems using data-driven approaches
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with generative AI concepts and tools, with experience leveraging them for problem-solving and analysis
A proactive, self-motivated approach to work, thriving in both structured and unstructured team environments
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 80%)
