Build internal and customer-facing tools to accelerate the go-to-market (GTM) motion using AI Collaborate with stakeholders across GTM teams to understand needs and rapidly prototype solutions Deploy, measure the impact of, and refine approaches based on pre-defined metrics in partnership with Marketing Ops and Sales Ops Iterate quickly on tools based on end-user feedback and usage Create documentation and ‘run-books’ for productionized solutions to assist with debugging What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, Sales, or Marketing prior to transitioning to software engineering Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with experience in both frontend and backend development Familiarity with AI tools via APIs Strong understanding of engineering principles, version control, and modern tooling Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
