Customer Solutions Engineer | SaaS Scale-Up | San Francisco
This isnt a follow the playbook role. Youll sit at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering : Part onboarding, part solutions, part implementation, part customer success. Youll become a product expert, leading customer demos, running onboarding projects, and making the whole process faster and smoother as the company scales.

3+ years in SaaS (implementation, solutions, onboarding, CS, or similar)
Strong project management skills - able to manage multiple implementations in parallel
Semi-technical comfort (APIs, SQL, Postman or similar)
Ability to build credibility with everyone from CFOs to project managers
What you get :
Salary : $110k$165k + equity
Healthcare : 90% of costs covered
401k : 100% match up to 4% of salary
Relocation bonus if moving to the Bay Area
