About the Clinician's Workday This Emergency Medicine locum tenens opportunity is at a facility with 13 ED beds and an annual patient volume of 27,000. The schedule includes both day (6 AM - 6 PM) and night (6 PM - 6 AM) shifts, with a total of 30 shifts to be covered over a long-term need (6+ months). The role is open to EM, IM, or FM board-certified or board-eligible physicians. ABEM-certified candidates do not require additional life support certifications, while IM/FM candidates must hold ACLS and PALS. The facility uses EPIC EMR, and credentialing takes 6-9 days, with potential for temporary privileges for clean files. COVID vaccination is not required. Flexible scheduling is available, and candidates interested in nights, weekends, or those requiring travel are welcome. This site may involve cross-credentialing with Baptist Arlington Emergency Department FSED. Trauma designation is pending.
