Overview

Director, Learning & Change Enablement at HUB International leads the integrated Change Enablement & Learning function, overseeing Change Enablement and Learning Design teams to drive successful technology adoption across the organization. Responsibilities

Oversee a team of approximately 15 professionals across Change Enablement and Learning Design. Oversee a portfolio of 20+ concurrent learning and change initiatives. Develop and maintain an integrated approach that treats learning and change as inseparable elements of organizational success. Craft strategies addressing both individual transformations and cumulative change impact. Build relationships with business operations leaders to understand enablement needs. Establish KPIs and success metrics linking enablement efforts to business outcomes and value realization. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement with data-driven insights and post-implementation reviews. Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation across all enablement activities. Build organizational capability that extends beyond the direct team. Direct Reports

Change Enablement Manager (team of 6) Learning Design Manager (team of 10) Job Requirements

10+ years of progressive change and learning experience with 5+ years in a leadership role. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Education, or related field strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of learning design and change management frameworks and best practices. Extensive experience with change management methodologies (Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR). Prosci or other change management certification preferred. Experience with change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and resistance management. Proficiency with collaboration tools, survey platforms, and adoption analytics. Extensive experience with instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Agile) and adult learning principles. Experience with LMS platforms, authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe, Camtasia, Canva), virtual classroom technologies, and learning analytics. Proven track record leading teams across multiple disciplines. Professional certifications in change management, learning design, and/or leadership. Commitment to continuous learning and development.
