board-certified or board-eligible Urologist
to join our busy, well-established practice in
Longmont, Colorado . This is a full-time opportunity to step into a thriving, high-functioning practice alongside experienced colleagues who value collaboration and clinical excellence. Enjoy dedicated surgical block time at Longs Peak Hospital and its Surgery Center, a robust robotics program with two da Vinci Xi systems, Thulium laser, and Aquablation, and the support of a highly skilled, multidisciplinary care team. Practice the full spectrum of general urology while performing a range of subspecialty procedures up to and including robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy, partial and radical nephrectomy, Aquablation for BPH, and minimally invasive stone management. UCHealth supports physicians in developing and expanding subspecialty interests to align with your professional goals. Call is 6 days per month at the 86-bed Longs Peak Hospital, a level III trauma center. Additional compensation for any voluntary excess call. Collaborative setting with new clinical space in the attached Longs Peak Medical Center. EPIC EMR is utilized system-wide. This position offers a competitive compensation package: Compensation & retirement: $500,000- $556,000 base salary + wRVU-based productivity bonus, signing bonus, relocation assistance, paid malpractice, 403(b) with employer match and 457(b) option Time away: paid family/medical leave (Colorado FAMLI included), contractual time off, CME allowance + paid CME days (5).
