Location: 50/50 split between our downtown Seattle location and our Lynnwood location. Teaching environment with regular opportunities to precept residents. Compensation is competitive and incentivizes clinical productivity, academics, teamwork, and high-quality care. Call: Light outpatient call duties. Compensation Range: $449,280 - $549,120 per year. Pay Range: $216.00 - $264.00 per hour. Responsibilities
Position information: join a multidisciplinary team of high-quality providers. Busy dermatology practice with an established patient population, built-in referral source and multidisciplinary physician support including Mohs, plastic surgery, rheumatology and dermatopathology. Team-based approach: provide appropriate, compassionate, multidisciplinary state-of-the-art care for patients. Flexible schedule options: collaborate to develop a schedule that accommodates individual needs as much as possible. Teaching opportunities: opportunities to precept residents in a teaching environment. Learning opportunities: leadership opportunities and potential to serve on various committees. Innovation: participate in initiatives to improve patient and team member safety and experience. Call: light outpatient call duties. Qualifications
