Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the team in Boston, MA. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing large, ground-up commercial projects ranging from $50M–$300M+. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with a proven background managing complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This position is designed for a leader ready to take the next step — with a clear and immediate path to executive leadership. Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects in the Boston metro area. Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk throughout all phases. Oversee project teams, including Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Assistant PMs, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, and trade partners, ensuring exceptional communication and client satisfaction. Work closely with preconstruction and estimating teams during project development to ensure accurate budgeting and scheduling. Drive project safety initiatives and ensure strict adherence to company and regulatory standards. Mentor and develop team members, supporting their professional growth and contributing to the company’s leadership pipeline. Provide strategic input to company operations and contribute to long-term planning as part of the leadership team. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction, with 5+ years in a project management leadership role. Proven success managing large, complex projects ($50M+). Deep understanding of construction means and methods, project controls, contracts, and risk management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-relations skills. Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and foster a strong project culture. Why Join?
