Responsibilities
Translate behavioral and cognitive theory into practical agent models and personas Design and run in-silico experiments to evaluate realism and UX changes Partner with ML and product teams to embed traits, constraints, and variability into agents Analyze simulation outputs to uncover patterns, edge cases, and next-step improvements Ideal Candidate
PhD-level background in cog sci, behavioral econ, psychology, HCI, or similar Comfortable working with data alongside engineers in a fast-moving environment Bonus: experience with agent-based modeling, RL, safety/alignment, or product experimentation Compensation
