Ad Sales Contractor

for Hard Reset Media, playing a crucial role in generating revenue through advertising sales. This position requires a blend of sales expertise, communication skills, and a deep understanding of the media landscape. Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to attract advertisers to the newsletter. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective advertisers, understanding their needs and objectives. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential advertisers and understand industry trends that could impact sales. Proposal Creation: Develop compelling advertising proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of each client. Negotiation: Negotiate advertising contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on advertising sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with the editorial and marketing teams to ensure alignment on advertising opportunities and promotional strategies. Networking: Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the newsletter and generate leads. Minimum Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in advertising sales, preferably within the media or publishing industry. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software; familiarity with digital advertising platforms is a plus. Desired Skills

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
