The AI Team creates product experiences powered by intelligent agents, from prompt design to infra to customer-facing UX. We move fast, own our work, and prioritize quality and learning over experimenting without direction. This role is for a fullstack engineer who leans frontend, has a strong product sense, and cares deeply about quality. You’ll own experiences end-to-end, from system design to pixel polish, and help define what "usable" AI feels like. You’ll be part of a small, scrappy, high-context team working across the entire LLM stack—from prompt design to monitoring to customer-facing UX. We’re building toward an AI-native future for Amplitude, with strong company support to pursue ambitious work. What you’ll do
Build fullstack features with a bias to frontend and UX ownership Craft thoughtful, fast, responsive UI components that interact with LLMs and agents Collaborate with backend engineers to connect orchestration and infrastructure Pair with PMs and designers to rapidly iterate on new ideas and prototypes Help define best practices for AI UX, including prompting, feedback, and fallback strategies Own the end-user experience and obsess over polish You might be a fit if
