Develop and grow the ophthalmology service in collaboration with hospital leadership. Provide expert ophthalmic care, including diagnostics, treatment plans, and surgical procedures. Educate and mentor support staff to build a high-functioning, specialty-ready team. Collaborate with specialists across departments to provide comprehensive care. Build relationships with referring veterinarians and foster strong client communication. Qualifications

DVM or equivalent degree Board certification or residency training in veterinary ophthalmology Passion for leadership, service development, and collaboration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care Benefits
