The Executive Director of Human Capital Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Capital Operations, including benefits, compensation and the strategic and operational delivery of HR systems and services. This role involves strategic leadership, process improvement, compliance, and the alignment of technology, service delivery, and governance to support a global workforce and evolving business needs. What You Will Do
Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the management of benefits programs and compensation structures. Responsible for the budget for benefits and compensation to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining unique and competitive offerings. Develop, implement and administer enterprise compensation and benefits programs to align with organizational needs while remaining competitive and compliant. HRIS & Workday Leadership: Oversee configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation). Lead Tier 3 and Tier 4 troubleshooting and resolution efforts. Prioritize Workday requests to align with strategic priorities. Drive end-user adoption, AI and training initiatives to maximize Workday utilization, including mobile and Workday Everywhere. HR Shared Services & Operations: Lead a global HR Shared Services team across the US, Canada, EME, and India. Oversee case management through ServiceNow, ensuring timely and compliant resolution of HR inquiries. Manage onboarding, I-9s, contingent workforce, immigration, and employment verifications. Partner with IT and Legal to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance. Strategic Planning & Transformation: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the HR technology and operations roadmap. Lead vendor evaluations and contract negotiations for HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday, Kantata, DocuSign). Support budgeting and chargeback processes for HR technology platforms. HR Data Analytics & PMO: Lead the HR Data Analytics team to provide insights supporting workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. Oversee the PMO to ensure successful delivery of HR projects. Develop data-driven strategies to improve HR processes and outcomes. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all HR systems and reports. Team Management: Lead, mentor and develop the HR Operations team; foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement and career progression. What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 10+ years managing HRIS/Workday and Shared Services. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and service delivery models. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. What Will Be Nice to Have
Master’s Degree Workday certification(s) or equivalent experience. Experience with ServiceNow and vendor management. Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $255,000.00-$435,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
