You will act as a trusted partner and advisor for a variety of internal product teams and external customers who represent various industries. You are a creative problem solver who can get things done. You can mentor developers, content creators, and designers to deliver accessible solutions. You are outstanding at influencing up, down, and across groups, and your actions demonstrate a humble dedication to fostering the growth and success of others. What You’ll Do

Work with Adobe sales and customer success managers to support pre- and post-sales conversations with customers about the accessibility of our products. And provide the sales team with demos, RFP responses, and ACR distribution. Review third party assessments of products and respond to any prospect or customer questions regarding the results. Engage with product teams across the organization acting as the voice of the customer. Working with the product team to appropriately triage and respond to inquiries received from customers. Contribute to the development of accessibility policies, standards, processes, training, and awareness. Act as an accessibility advisor for the organization partnering with various product teams to provide support prioritizing accessibility work (new feature development or existing bugs) into an existing product roadmap, mentorship for developing accessible designs and features, prioritize accessibility defects for product teams, and identify/resolve accessibility barriers. Stay up to date with industry developments and trends related to digital accessibility. Qualifications to Succeed

3-5 years technical product management experience in an Accessibility Center of Excellence or product team, with a minimum of 2 years delivering products as a technical product manager. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; MBA preferred. Experience in software development for web and/or client-side, software lifecycle methodology, and/or information systems development. Experience in managing cross-functional projects with leadership and daily coordination from inception to delivery. Proven ability to balance practical accessibility features with time-to-market considerations; facilitates contentious discussions and problem resolution. Proficient with testing using screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack). Understanding of international accessibility laws and standards (WCAG, EN 301 549, Section 508, ARIA). IAAP CPACC, WAS, or other certification preferred. Detail-oriented, able to follow procedures and schedules for recurring tasks. Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations and navigate organizational challenges. Proven ability to influence peers across cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment. Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues and their business impact. NO REMOTE Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
