The Department of Radiology at The Ohio State University College of Medicine/Wexner Medical Center is seeking candidates for faculty positions in Emergency Radiology who are passionate about collaborative, patient-centered clinical excellence, advancing research and innovation, committed to education, and inclusive. The role involves patient care, research, and training graduate and postgraduate students. The Division of Emergency Radiology focuses on diagnostic imaging in the Emergency Department setting, including interpretation and consultation on emergent studies in radiography, CT, ultrasound, and MRI. Faculty have opportunities for advancement and work with multidisciplinary providers. Resources in imaging technology innovation, artificial intelligence, and health services research support the department and organization. Department/Division Overview

The Department of Radiology is rapidly growing, with expanded services at off-site imaging centers and ongoing capital projects including a new hospital tower, a biomedical research tower, and a Health Sciences building to house the College of Medicine. Main campus: New construction of a state-of-the-art 830-bed hospital tower, a biomedical research tower, and a Health Sciences building. Around the city: Construction of two ambulatory care centers in New Albany and Dublin, in addition to 16 established ambulatory care centers. Benefits

Faculty schedule includes 10-hour shifts with a 1-week-on/2-weeks-off clinical pattern; on-site Emergency Department coverage with some remote shift flexibility. Contributes to day-to-day clinical operations of the Emergency Radiology Division, including high-quality patient care and imaging operations. Education, Training, and Faculty Development: conducts clinical instruction, lectures, seminars, and related offerings; develops training opportunities for medical students, residents, and fellows; mentors residents, fellows, and faculty. Research and Scholarship: supports clinical and translational research, may serve as PI or Co-I on grants or clinical trials; participates in appropriate committees to represent research interests. MD, DO, or PhD in imaging or related field Board certification in Radiology (ABR, AOBR) Subspecialty fellowship in a diagnostic radiology discipline or equivalent experience Active or eligible medical licensure in Ohio Commitment to a diverse and inclusive culture within the College of Medicine, Medical Center, and University How to Apply
