The position is with UC Davis Health Community Physicians Group (CPG), providing specialty care at multiple locations throughout the Sacramento metropolitan area. Expectations and compensation for this role will be closely aligned with MGMA benchmarks. Minimum qualifications
Must possess an M.D. or D.O. degree. Employee shall maintain a current license to practice medicine in the State of California. Employee shall be Board Certified in the specialties identified in the Position Description, if any at the time of appointment. Employee shall maintain a federal DEA license without restrictions, to the extent necessary to render professional medical services pursuant to the job duties and responsibilities set forth in the Position Description. Must maintain confidentiality, and work in a non-smoking area. Vacation time may be restricted during peak periods throughout the academic year. Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds, sit for long periods of time, and work in a diverse atmosphere. Work is performed at UC Davis Health, Campus, and other offsite locations. This position is a critical position and subject to a background check and drug screen. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background investigation including criminal history, identity checks and drug screen. As a condition of employment, you will be required to comply with the University of California Policy on Vaccination Programs, as may be amended or revised from time to time.
