What you'll do

As a Lead Product Manager for the Engagement & Monetization team, you will identify opportunities, develop the product roadmap, and deliver capabilities to drive customer satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities. You will discover and analyze customer pain points, translate them into clear product requirements and roadmaps, and develop a product strategy that spans multiple surfaces in the product engagement and monetization space. You’ll shape DocuSign’s growth experiences and build capabilities that drive the next chapter of growth, focusing on how customers try, buy, and manage their subscriptions with DocuSign. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr Director, Product Management - Engagement & Monetization. Responsibilities

Define experiences that enable customers to self-serve: try, use, buy, and manage their subscription Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic goals and OKRs Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact and available resources Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, engineering, design, and sales, to define product requirements and prioritize features Document clear requirements and use cases for UX and Engineering teams and drive initiatives from concept to launch Use qualitative and quantitative data insights and industry-standard processes to prioritize opportunities across DocuSign’s customer journey Use data analytics and metrics to assess product performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions Monitor KPIs related to revenue, conversion, and other relevant metrics Job Designation

Hybrid:

Employee divides time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. Frequency: minimum 2 days per week; weekly in-office expectation may vary by team. Basic BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Design, or Engineering 12+ years of experience in digital product management 8+ years of experience working directly with UX, Engineering, and Testing teams Experience driving complex projects across a large, cross-functional organization Preferred MBA Expertise in product-led growth (PLG) and SaaS commercial models Application of industry best practices to product requirements Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to all functions, including executives Cross-functional leadership through influence Strong analytical skills to turn complex data into actionable product insights Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on location and may vary with job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
