Overview

The VA Omaha Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska is actively recruiting to fill two Board Certified Staff physician positions in the specialty of Neurology. The selected candidates will have an opportunity to participate in clinical teaching of medical students and will report to the Chief of Neurology, Dr. Lucas Stenzel. The Omaha Division is an acute, highly affiliated, tertiary care facility providing inpatient, medical, surgical and psychiatric care in addition to ambulatory care services; it is also home to major clinical research programs. You are invited to consider joining the team at the VA Omaha Medical Center, providing care for the world’s best patients. You should be board certified / eligible in Neurology and a US citizen with current US licensure (any state) with no history of revocations or suspension. Permanent residents may be considered if no US citizen is selected. Work Schedule

Work Schedule:

Full-time. Night and weekend hours are not currently scheduled; however, full-time physicians are employed on a 24/7 basis. Non-US Citizens may be considered Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the U.S. Board Certification in Neurology needed but Board Eligibility may also be considered. Board certification in Internal Medicine is also preferred. Qualifications and Requirements
