Overview As the Store Manager, you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product while taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive sales. You will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.

Create unforgettable shopping moments with excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.

Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance. Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving their KPI goals.

Foster loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.

Build your network and attract talent into Pandora across seasonal and core hiring (Assistant Store Manager, Sales Associates and Sales Leads).

Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.

Ensure visual merchandising directives are implemented timely and manage operational processes with a focus on talent development.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment (results-oriented leadership).

Strong communication skills in writing and verbal; ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.

Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.

Talent magnet skills in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams; succession planning and internal mobility.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail point-of-sale systems.

Age 18 or older with ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.

Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.

Salary: 68K to 78K
