ownership . This is a full-time opportunity to work alongside a supportive and experienced team, with the chance to become a long-term leader within the office. As the ideal candidate, you will be someone who values integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning. A strong interest in performing more advanced procedures, such as surgery, RCTs, Invisalign, and implant placement, is highly desired. What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality general dentistry with a “quality over quantity” approach Perform a broad range of procedures (restorative, surgical, cosmetic, and implant dentistry) Build relationships with a loyal and growing patient base Collaborate with a dedicated team of assistants, hygienists, and fellow doctors Maintain autonomy in treatment planning with clinical and business mentorship What We’re Looking For DMD/DDS
from an accredited dental school 3–5 years
of clinical experience preferred (motivated new grads with 1+ year welcome to apply) Proficiency in or willingness to learn implant placement, RCTs, surgery, and Invisalign Why Join Us?
