Overview
We’re always looking for talented professionals and currently seeking qualified candidates that would make a good fit for the role: SAP Development and Security Lead. Position Title:
SAP Development and Security Lead Fulltime with Direct Client Remote Option:
Hybrid (3 Days onsite at Chicago Office) Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle development of custom SAP solutions within the S/4HANA Private Cloud environment. Design and implement applications using ABAP, ABAP RAP, and OO ABAP, including Smart Forms and Adobe Forms. Develop and maintain Fiori / SAPUI5 applications for modern user interfaces. Security Oversight
Design and govern role-based access control (RBAC) strategies for all SAP systems. Ensure compliance with GRC, SOX, and GDPR regulations through proactive controls and continuous monitoring. Collaborate with SAP Security and Basis teams to manage authorization objects, composite/single roles, and user provisioning. Integrate security requirements into the development lifecycle and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) risks. Support internal and external audit processes, including documentation and remediation planning. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of SAP technical development experience, focused on S/4HANA or ECC. Proven experience with CDS views, OData services, performance tuning, and WRICEF development. Hands-on involvement in multiple SAP full lifecycle implementations, system upgrades, and production support. In-depth knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA private cloud architecture, and supporting middleware technologies. Benefit Package
