This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team.**About the Role**We’re looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented problem solver to join our team as Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A Revenue Analytics. In this role, you will safeguard the integrity and accuracy of revenue recognition, proactively identify revenue leakage, and partner cross-functionally to improve revenue forecasting, pricing, and compliance. You will play a key role in providing leadership with clear financial insights, building scalable models, and driving financial transparency across the business. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments and embraces operational curiosity. **What You’ll Do*** Monitor, analyze, and validate revenue streams across the fleet lifecycle; identify opportunities, revenue leakage, and billing concerns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on solutions.* Review new contracts against billing data, identify discrepancies, and work directly with Program & Rates, Legal, and Billing to resolve issues.* Build and maintain dynamic client-level revenue models; prepare executive and board-level financial presentations with actionable insights.* Support forecasting and planning cycles by developing scenario models, sensitivity analyses, and business cases for pricing initiatives.* Streamline data, processes, and reporting to enhance efficiency, leveraging IT and BI teams for automation opportunities.* Deliver trusted financial insights to leadership that inform decision-making and revenue growth strategies.* Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required. **Basic Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.* 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, revenue assurance, or financial operations.* Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data modeling.* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments. **Preferred Qualifications*** Experience in fleet management, leasing, or asset-heavy industries.* Familiarity with SAP, Snowflake, Power BI, and automation/process improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Alteryx).* Experience preparing financial reports and insights for senior leadership. **Location**: Hopkins The hiring base salary range for this position is $75,500 to $103,800. annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location.
