The Provider Lead is a key member of the clinic leadership team who provides direct primary care to patients and leads the care providers. The role offers medical oversight and leadership across the care team, guiding the team toward Crossover’s quadruple aim: highest quality of care, decreased spend, superior patient experience, and strong employee/provider engagement. Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and develop suitable treatment plans for patients/members. Partner with a lead nurse and administrator to run the practice. Implement, optimize, and recommend improvements to standard of care, operations, and workflows. Lead and model collaboration to provide integrated care plans. Develop and implement clinical programs in coordination with program leaders and the Clinic Operations. Develop annual clinic goals and operating plans with the Triad to optimize clinic performance (operating system, patient outcomes, utilization, population health, and financial metrics). Identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the clinic and accounts. Co-lead daily huddles and ensure clear communication across the care team. Lead the practice in achieving quality goals and implementing quality assurance programs. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures; support other care providers and teams in compliance and outcome measurements. Hire, coach, and develop care team talent (physicians, PAs, NPs, etc.) and assist in onboarding and training new team members. Ensure accurate capture and reporting of clinical data. Provide availability for medical and technical questions for staff, including after-hours coverage as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications

Completion of a Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Active state license as Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or similar, in the state of work. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Current DEA Registration. Preferred Qualifications

Leadership experience, including managing peers and performance metrics. Knowledge of managed healthcare systems, quality assurance, quality improvement, and risk management (preferred). Experience with case management, disease management, or population health programs within an integrated care setting. Ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed organization. Two years of experience in staffing, coaching, and developing a team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; servant leadership mindset; flexible and results-oriented. Physical Job Requirements

May require standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods. Occasional travel up to 10% for leadership meetings. Occasionally lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. Full range of motion including potential handling and lifting of patients. Requires normal vision, hearing, and speech; effective communication with patients and team members. Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $175,309.00 to $227,901.00 per year. Pay may vary by location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Eligible for an annual bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401K.
