We're looking for a Family Medicine physician to join a community health center in Kenai, Alaska. The ideal candidate will be committed to holistic care and working within a team serving primarily Native Alaskan and American Indian populations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a culturally rich community in a beautiful setting! Practice Setting
Outpatient-only, tribal primary care affiliated with the Kenaitze Indian Tribe Enjoy extended appointment times seeing 12-14 patients per day Onsite lab, pharmacy, wellness kitchen, and fitness space Patient focus is primarily Native Alaskan and American Indian patients, with some broader community access Opportunity for Medical Director role with a 60/40 clinic to administrative mix Schedule
Choose between five 8-hour days or four 10-hour shifts (Monday-Friday) Compensation & Benefits
Salary never goes away and there are no RVU thresholds Full relocation support and housing assistance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and CME allowance/time 401k with 7% match available day 1 Location
