We are building infrastructure that enables AI applications to take real actions. This role focuses on growth-focused frontend work, with responsibilities spanning marketing site development, onboarding flows, and tools that support data-driven decision-making. As an early member of a startup, you'll be working across the stack. We build our sites in TypeScript, with modern React, and use tools like Webflow and Lovable. What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain growth infrastructure including referral systems, onboarding flows, tracking systems, and conversion optimization tools. Run rapid experimentation cycles across acquisition channels, activation flows, and retention mechanisms. Build internal tools, dashboards, and agents to enable data-driven decision making. Create automated marketing tools and integrations to power campaigns for us and our partners. Identify and exploit viral loops and network effects in the product. Share your work with customers and the community, building our brand. Required Skills
4+ years of frontend software engineering experience using React and modern frameworks like TanStack and Next.js Experience contributing to design systems and building assets with tools like Figma Experience with analytics tools (PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, Google Analytics) Proficiency with SQL and data analysis Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance Familiarity with marketing tools and APIs (email platforms, CRMs, ad platforms) Understanding of SEO technical requirements and web performance optimization Comfort on the command line as well as with frontend infrastructure providers like Vercel and Cloudflare Track record of writing clean, well-documented, well-tested code User-centered approach to designing developer-centric products and tools Bonus Points
Interaction or Graphic Design skills Familiarity with LLMs and AI frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex, etc) Open-source contributions Experience at a startup Join The Movement
