Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Oracle HCM Implementation Specialist

to lead and support the rollout of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) modules for a large-scale project. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, offering the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure a seamless implementation and transition. $70–$95/hour Base pay range:

Temporary (Up to 2 Years) Key Responsibilities

Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, or related areas). Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and IT to gather requirements, map workflows, and ensure alignment with organizational needs. Develop and deliver training materials, user documentation, and support for end-users. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during implementation and post-go-live support. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful completion. Collaborate with external consultants or vendors as needed. Qualifications

Proven experience (5+ years) with

Oracle HCM implementation projects , including end-to-end deployment. Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Previous experience in hybrid work environments preferred. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
