Summary/objective

The Program Manager of Learning Experiences plays a key role in the successful planning, execution, and evaluation of face-to-face (F2F) educational programs/events. Reporting to the Senior Director of Learning Experiences, this position collaborates closely with the F2F Learning team and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful learning experiences. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of assigned programs, including speaker coordination, program development, administrative support, and communications. The Program Manager oversees the lifecycle of assigned events—supporting call-for-proposals (CFP) processes, handling registration orders, and working with presenters and subject matter experts to develop and distribute program materials aligned with learning goals. Additionally, the role supports outcomes measurement by implementing evaluation tools as well as contributing to data collection and reporting efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit to help ensure learning experiences are executed efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with strategic objectives. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Face-to-Face (F2F) Learning team in the planning, development, and implementation of programs Manage program development and execution for assigned programs Manage speaker agreements for assigned programs Assist with CFP (call for proposals) organization and management Perform regular administrative tasks in support of the F2F team Process registration orders for assigned programs, executing them efficiently while ensuring professional and timely communication Work with presenters and subject matter experts assigned to develop handouts and supplemental materials around defined learning goals Coordinate the development and distribution of necessary program materials Manage the implementation of educational activity evaluations and other outcomes measurement requirements and assist in the collection and reporting of educational outcomes data to applicable team members Collaborate with the marketing and web services team to ensure all program information is listed accurately and formatted correctly on the website and in external materials (e.g. confirmation emails, know-before-you-go, etc.) Other tasks and duties as assigned Qualifications

Acts with integrity, professionalism, and exercises sound judgement Strong social-emotional skills (i.e. self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, responsible decision-making, relationship-building) Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail Instructional design, curriculum development, and/or project management experience highly desired Tech savvy, including familiarity with MS Office suite, CRM, LMS, and event management software Ability to approach challenges in a solutions-oriented manner Works well under pressure and maintains collaborative relationships with colleagues, members, and other external stakeholders Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with strong customer service orientation Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as required for events Supervisory

This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work environment

This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. This position is eligible to participate in the work from home program. Physical demands

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Travel required

Position may require up to 5-10% of business travel annually to attend meetings and events as directed by the supervisor. Required education and experience

Associate’s and/or bachelor’s degree required. Directly applicable experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree. 1 – 3 years experience managing programs Other Requirements

Previous experience in the association and nonprofit space highly desirable Ability to work well with a team and independently. Able to track and report on progress on a weekly basis. Establish and adhere to deadlines and be agile as program work can change frequently Benefits Offered
