Overview
Summary The Project Director is a creative thinker who uses analytical and interpersonal skills to build relationships, work collaboratively across a cross‑functional environment, and is passionate about organizational change. This position is responsible for facilitating successful project delivery including the planning, scheduling, execution, and closing of all assigned projects within established budget and schedule, primarily focused on the implementation of clinic operational solutions across corresponding systems and departments. Utilizing project management methodologies, the role manages all project team members (organizational resources and engaged third party vendors/consultants) to deliver solutions according to project scope and goals. The role supports execution and coordination of projects across multiple team members and leaders, oversees relevant project documents and deliverables, and reports on progress throughout the project life cycle. Requires a deep understanding of MEC internal administrative systems and current capabilities to support the operations team in driving operational efficiencies and providing solutions to business challenges. Provides guidance, coaching and support for less experienced colleagues and exemplifies MEC mission, vision and values in accordance with policies and procedures. This position must be located in the Chicagoland market and will be predominately on-site at our Chicago office with office hours expected between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT.
