The Deepen My Relationship Area Product Owner (APO) will drive the strategy and execution of products for our sales teams and bankers who support dealers in their financial journey with Chase. Their roadmap will support the business OKRs. The APO will manage a team focused on rolling out end-to-end digital platforms for our sales team and bankers to enable them to more efficiently drive business and sales strategy. As the Product Director within the Deepen My Relationship Area, you will promote the strategy and execution of products for our sales teams and bankers who support dealers in their financial journey with Chase. Provide the vision and set direction for the Deepen My Relationship space in coordination with key customers and stakeholders Manage, refine and prioritize the product backlog to drive value Collaborate with various product owners across Auto and CCB on the creation of product line strategies Partner with business leads and cross-functional stakeholders to understand and prioritize the product agenda Deliver on the long term strategy to create features and capabilities to meet key business objectives Understand and evaluate technology to drive product expectations Collect and evaluate customer feedback from various forums to constantly improve the product Maintain and collect customer and user insights by data analytics/metrics Optimize the customer experience using data analytics to track the end-to-end flow Understand tech stack and support the modernization agenda Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Product management experience, especially in a leadership capacity requiring managing complex operational systems and a diverse team Strong influencing skills to drive a varied group of senior stakeholders towards a common goal Customer obsessed and ability to build compelling and differentiated experiences/product strategy Strong problem solving/analytical skills/strategy and proven experience managing undefined business challenges Optimizing environments for teams, removing impediments and managing executive sponsorship to accomplish goals Conflict Resolution and Negotiation Budget and Finance Management Respects, values, and promotes diversity and inclusion by managing to the unique capabilities and distinctions of team Knowledge and experience executing Agile model (Lean, Agile, etc.) Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
