Responsibilities

Oversee direct sales development activities for new business opportunities with government agencies

Develop and execute growth strategies for government and OEM businesses

Lead opportunity capture and proposal efforts for complex avionics and SaaS solutions

Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. and foreign military/government customers

Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to win and execute key opportunities

Qualifications

Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to attain and maintain government security clearance

Minimum 10 years of related experience in selling or working with avionic and aircraft systems programs for military/government accounts

Proven success in capturing and managing large-scale DoD/government contracts

Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and FAR/DFARS compliance

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technical, or related discipline required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and foreign military procurement and sales

Familiarity with CRM platforms and forecasting tools (e.g., Salesforce)

Advanced degree preferred

Demonstrated leadership ability and business acumen

Effective communicator and negotiator with executive presence
