Cardiac Specialists, a single-specialty cardiovascular disease practice based in Fairfield County, CT, is seeking a full-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible non-invasive cardiologist to begin practice in July, 2026. About the Practice
We are a well-established practice with 22 cardiologists (15 non-invasive, 4 interventional, and 3 EP) and 7 nurse practitioners. We offer a full-service practice setting with excellent hospital and office volume and a full range of diagnostic services, including on-site echocardiography, stress echo, nuclear cardiology, and vascular laboratories. Our offices are throughout Southern Connecticut, and we admit patients to Bridgeport, Milford, and Danbury Hospitals. Our practice is affiliated with Northeast Medical Group, part of the Yale-New Haven Health System, with teaching and research opportunities available. Nearly all of our physicians are recognized by Connecticut Magazine as some of the best cardiologists in the state. Responsibilities
Provide non-invasive cardiology care as part of a multi-physician, full-service practice. Collaborate with a team of 22 cardiologists and 7 nurse practitioners to deliver comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services. Utilize on-site diagnostic services including echocardiography (including stress echo), vascular laboratories, and nuclear cardiology. Qualifications
Proficiency and board eligibility or board certification in echocardiography (including stress echo), transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE), and nuclear cardiology are required. Interest or expertise in advanced imaging (CTA and cardiac MRI), structural echocardiography, heart failure, cardio-oncology, and vascular imaging is a plus but not required.
