Overview
Outpatient Psychiatrist - Waco, Texas (Hybrid). We are hiring for a hybrid Outpatient Psychiatrist role with Geode Health in partnership with Baylor Scott & White Health. We welcome residents nearing program completion, fellows, and experienced Psychiatrists. Join us at a time of growth as we launch a behavioral health joint venture across Texas. You will be fully licensed in the state where you practice. What we offer
Competitive base salary and quality outcomes bonus, with no earnings cap Additional compensation for APP supervision CMEs: Four days off and up to $4,000 reimbursement per year Marketing support to book your patient caseload Spacious, modern offices with full administrative support Team and model
Integrated care team: psychiatrists, prescribers, therapists, practice assistants, and a full support team Collaborative care under one roof; opportunities to work with TMS and Spravato; open to experience or interest in these options The model emphasizes evidence-based care; decisions are led by clinical leaders, with outcomes showing clinically significant improvement for just over 75% of patients within three months Responsibilities and expectations
Be part of a team delivering high-quality outpatient psychiatric care Partner with prescribers and therapists to coordinate patient care Manage a patient panel with telehealth and in-person visits; four-day work week possible in some arrangements Qualifications
