Sr. Product Manager, Mulesoft RPA POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a strategic Senior MuleSoft RPA Product Manager to drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution of our automation and integration platform initiatives while championing process optimization and digital transformation. This role combines deep product management expertise with MuleSoft RPA platform knowledge, process automation strategy, and enterprise integration responsibilities. The ideal candidate will serve as both a product strategist and automation evangelist, ensuring our MuleSoft RPA solutions deliver maximum operational efficiency while driving organizational transformation and scalable automation adoption across the enterprise.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Strategy & Automation Roadmap Management (35%)
Define and own the comprehensive MuleSoft RPA product vision, strategy, and multi-year automation roadmap aligned with digital transformation objectives
Conduct process discovery, automation opportunity assessment, and ROI analysis to identify high-value automation candidates
Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business strategy into actionable automation initiatives and integration requirements
Prioritize automation backlog and bot development based on business impact, complexity, technical feasibility, and process standardization readiness
Establish automation success metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks including process efficiency gains, cost savings, and error reduction
Drive automation center of excellence initiatives and governance frameworks for scalable RPA deployment
Manage product portfolio decisions including bot lifecycle management, process optimization, and technology integration priorities
Process Analysis & Requirements Management (25%)
Lead comprehensive process discovery and analysis sessions with business stakeholders and process owners across multiple departments
Conduct detailed process mapping, workflow documentation, and automation feasibility assessments for candidate processes
Translate complex business processes into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and automation specifications
Partner with solution architects and RPA developers to ensure optimal bot design and integration architecture approaches
Create and maintain detailed process documentation, automation specifications, and bot configuration requirements
Facilitate process validation sessions, user acceptance testing, and bot performance optimization reviews

Stakeholder Management & Automation Evangelism (20%)
Serve as primary automation advocate and liaison between business units, IT teams, and executive leadership
Conduct regular stakeholder updates, automation demos, and executive presentations on automation progress and business outcomes
Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication of automation timelines, dependencies, and delivery commitments
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between RPA development, IT operations, security, and business process teams
Lead automation steering committee meetings and strategic planning sessions for enterprise automation strategy

Define integration requirements for connecting RPA bots with enterprise systems, databases, and third-party applications
Monitor integration performance, bot reliability, and system connectivity to ensure robust automation operations
Drive API strategy and data connectivity optimization to support advanced automation scenarios

Automation Adoption & Performance Management (10%)
Design and implement comprehensive automation adoption strategies including training programs, change management, and support frameworks

Lead automation feedback collection initiatives and continuous improvement programs with business stakeholders
Coordinate automation launches including rollout planning, training delivery, and success measurement frameworks

Drive post-deployment optimization and iterative enhancement based on performance data and operational feedback
QUALIFICATIONS Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
8+ years of product management experience with at least 4 years focused on automation, RPA, or integration platforms
Strong background in MuleSoft RPA, process automation, or similar robotic process automation technologies
Proven experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and automation opportunity assessment
Experience with enterprise integration patterns, API management, and system connectivity solutions
Excellent analytical skills with experience in process optimization and operational efficiency measurement
Outstanding communication and presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
Experience with automation governance, center of excellence development, and scaling best practices
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Industrial Engineering, or related advanced degree
MuleSoft certifications including RPA Developer, Integration Architect, or Platform Architect certifications
Product Management certification (CPM, AIPMM) or equivalent professional credential
