– Procedural Scheduler for the Clackamas Radiation Oncology Center in Clackamas, OR. Full-Time/Day Shift. The Specialty Scheduling Coordinator schedules office and hospital services for patients including scheduling appointments with external providers or ancillary departments to ensure coordinated care for patients. Responsibilities The Specialty Scheduling Coordinator schedules office and hospital services for patients including scheduling appointments with external providers or ancillary departments to ensure coordinated care for patients.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
2 years of working experience in a medical clinic, office setting or administrative setting.
Extensive and excellent customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Epic or other EMR.
Specialty clinic experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
