The team takes pride in producing components that meet the highest industry standards, and we’re currently seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager & Technician to lead maintenance efforts and support daily production operations. Position Overview
The Maintenance Manager & Technician will be responsible for managing and performing maintenance activities across the facility, with a strong focus on mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems. This is a key role that ensures equipment uptime, supports production needs, and drives the development and execution of a preventive maintenance strategy. Key Responsibilities
Lead all maintenance activities to support daily production operations. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, including PLC-controlled systems. Develop and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) program. Establish and maintain a spare parts inventory and tracking system. Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed. Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive. Strong mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting/programming. Proven experience developing or enhancing preventive maintenance programs. Ability to set up and manage a spare parts inventory system. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Willingness to be hands-on and actively involved in daily maintenance tasks. Skills
Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives. Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). Previous experience in a small manufacturing setting is a plus. How to Apply
