UBS is recruiting for the 2026 Global Banking Graduate Talent Program in Chicago. We’re looking for ambitious students to join our Global Banking team. Your role

You’ll be working in our Global Banking team. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients. Your expertise
is graduating between December 2025 and June 2026 and has a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above has a passion for financial markets and is a detail-oriented problem solver skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving.
