Enterprise Business Development Executive - Fuel iX (Customer Experience). Location & Flexibility: This role will have the option to be in a Work From Near (Hybrid) capacity based out of one of our US offices OR in a Work From Anywhere (Remote) capacity with travel to clients and WillowTree offices expected. Responsibilities

Maintain a robust and up-to-date pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities, identifying and pursuing existing and upsell opportunities to achieve set revenue quotas Develop an in-depth understanding of prospective customers’ businesses, developing and tailoring solutions to their needs and timelines Effectively communicate, demonstrate and present Fuel iX solution and value proposition to prospects, customers, and partners Establish and cultivate relationships with multiple senior-level contacts at target accounts with an emphasis on engagement with C-Suite level prospects Articulate and educate customers on Fuel iX’s business value through compelling executive-level presentations Exceed quarterly and annual sales goals by building and growing a pipeline of prospects and closing new business Drive expertise in solution selling and managing the sales cycle for a complex business offering Collaborate with internal partners and operations teams to build and foster strong relationships with customers Stay abreast of AI, Machine Learning, and Customer Experience industry trends and developments, and build market insights into pipeline and sales strategy Provide accurate sales updates, reports and forecasts to leadership, contributing to overall sales strategy Qualifications

Current and significant experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales with a proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar targets Experience selling B2B SaaS technology and CX solutions into enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders Experience selling digital tools into the contact center space, with deep contact center software product knowledge Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex AI solutions to multiple stakeholders Strong interest in operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities based on market needs Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders Comfort with change as it relates to selling an evolving product suite Self-starter closer with the ability to grow key relationships and build a wide pipeline of new business Excellent time management, task prioritization, and evaluation of situational urgency Well-organized, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction Some travel to client and office locations will be expected Familiarity with generative AI technologies Equal Opportunity Employer

Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons determined during the interview process. Role ranges are periodically reviewed and updated based on market changes, internal needs, and industry trends. To drive ongoing pay equity for team members, TELUS Digital conducts regular compensation audits. USA Pay Range: $132,000 — $165,000 USD
