The Promotions & Pricing team

owns the platform and front-end experiences that power Wayfair’s promotional events and on-site pricing. We build tools, services, and customer-facing features for events like Way Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and monthly sale events. Our mission is to create scalable platforms that empower internal stakeholders to run world-class promotions while delivering a compelling, intuitive, and value-driven shopping experience. What You’ll Do

Define & Drive Roadmaps: Partner with business stakeholders to create roadmaps that balance platform scalability with delightful customer experiences. Build for Internal Users & Our Customers: Translate needs of Wayfair customers and internal teams into requirements that improve workflows and on-site experiences. Product Requirements & Delivery: Author PRDs and collaborate with design and engineering to deliver new features and platform capabilities for promotions & pricing. Own Promotion & Offer Enablement: Support and optimize tools, systems and processes for Wayfair’s major promotional events and ensure reliable execution and continuous improvement. Data-Driven Problem Solving: Use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify opportunities, break down problems, and measure impact of product initiatives. Full-Stack Product Leadership: Lead across platform and front-end domains—from backend systems powering promotions to customer-facing experiences that drive engagement. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and commercial partners to align priorities and advocate for the promotions & pricing experience. 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in e-commerce or platform products Proven track record of building & scaling impactful platform & customer-facing products Strong analytical skills with data (SQL, Looker, BigQuery) to drive decisions Experience balancing backend platform development with intuitive front-end experiences Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and agile development practices Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Customer-first mindset and empathy for both customers and internal stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred) Why You’ll Love Wayfair
