As Pharmacy Manager, you have one of the most significant roles in our company – delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating authentic care for our patients. You will lead and direct your Pharmacy Staff, comprised of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, and are accountable for the management, oversight and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy.

A key component of the Pharmacy Manager role is keeping customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs.
Additional Responsibilities
Lead with Heart – display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers and team members
Motivate and develop Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments to maximize strengths and address development opportunities
Identify critical business opportunities and meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in the pharmacy
Successfully implement those solutions by leading the team to achieve goals
Adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting
Collaborate to drive better outcomes and align others around purpose
Foster a team culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm and pride
Apply knowledge to help drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS Health
Required Qualifications
Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
Listed on the pharmacy state license as the ‘pharmacist in charge’
Submission of required information/documents to state PMP administrator to register for PMP access (in states with active PMP for pharmacist use)
COVID Vaccine Required: Yes
COVID Requirements: CVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including boosters where required), unless approved for a reasonable accommodation. You must have received at least one COVID-19 shot before your first day of employment and provide proof of vaccination status or apply for reasonable accommodation within the first 10 days of employment. In some states/roles, proof of full vaccination or an approved accommodation may be required before you can actively work.
Education Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
Anticipated Weekly Hours 40
Time Type Full time
Pay Range $65.00 - $82.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for positions in the job grade. Final offer depends on experience, education, geography and other factors. This role may be eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentives in addition to base pay.
