Overview
The
Social Media Specialist
will play a key role in managing both organic and paid digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand engagement and growth. We are looking for a creative thinker with strong writing skills, basic graphic design or video editing experience, and a passion for data-driven marketing strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both organic and paid digital marketing within a collaborative, growth-focused team.
What You’ll Do Organic Social Media Management
Create, schedule, and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Write compelling captions and develop visually appealing assets (graphics, short videos) using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions.
Stay ahead of social media trends and implement best practices to keep our content fresh.
Performance Reporting & Analytics
Track key organic and paid media metrics, compiling insights to optimize content and campaign strategies.
Assist in preparing performance reports to share with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in social media management, paid media, or digital marketing (internships count!).
Strong writing skills with an eye for engaging, on-brand content.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools).
Familiarity with social media scheduling and reporting tools.
Interest in learning and supporting paid media campaigns.
